Green Smoothie








Smoothie Recipe – 2 glass serving

  • 1-2 Tbsp freshly grounded linseeds and chia seeds/ or slippery elm powder
  • 1x fresh young coconut, the water and meat
  • 1x handful of organic sprouts of your choice- broccoli/ alfalfa
  • 1x medium size avocado
  • 2x dates with pip removed
  • 1x tsp organic spirullina powder
  • 1x medium size ripe banana
  • 1x kiwi fruit
  • 1/2 cup organic kale chopped roughly
  • Add filtered water if it is too thick to gain the consistency you desire

This is a natural protein smoothie  and is great for digestive rebuilding and repairing.  It is a fabulous source of nutrients including vitamin B, C, & E, minerals calcium, magnesium and potassium. It is a great source of essential fatty acids, as well as trace element zinc & iodine.

Blend all ingredients together in a blender/food processor/magic bullet and blissfully drink.
